Security and Shipping
Security is the most important when shopping on line, it's why at taguatierra.com we are committed to providing our customers with a secure shopping environment. We accept Paypal and can ship to virtually any address in the world. All shipping charges are calculated in the online purchase process and are sent securely by Australia Post. If you are interested in making an international purchase please contact us via email at taguatierra@live.com.au or if you have any questions, you can also contact us by phone/SMS (+61 430948160) and we will be happy to assist you. The international shipping cost is not calculated during the check out at our website and we will contact you as soon as we receive your purchase online and request only the actual shipping cost with no other charges or sub charges.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Items out of stock will be refunded or shipped as soon as we receive them in. We always contact all customers about back order items. Our shipping cost covers the cost of postage and a contribution toward the packaging.
Both taguatierra and the artisans who make the jewellery would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our jewellery and crafts are individually hand made. We do everything possible to ensure that standards remain to the highest quality. Items are photographed and described as accurately as possible, but please be aware that colours, designs and sizes may vary slightly. Tagua is a natural product and markings are part of its structure and make up.
If for any reason your product has been delivered with a defect and you are not satisfied with your order, please return the item in the original packaging, with a customer advice note, within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or your money back.
In the event that a customer would like to exchange a recently purchased product for another product, exchanges are welcomed so long as the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of wear. As well, the exchange must be made within 7 days of the purchase. The return shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will also be charged for the new merchandise on the exchange to be sent to the customer's location.
